How Information is Collected: CEP Research, is conducted through various county and state public records, several industry tools such as websites, online forms, social media and CEP Facebook inquires. SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared. 

Purpose of Data Collection: CEP Research, collection of data is designed for the sole purpose of contacting the claimants and or their families that we represent, in order to reunite the aforementioned parties with mortgage surplus funds.

Data Security Measures: CEP secures its data by deploying Virtru which interfaces directly with Microsoft and Goggle to ensure maximum data encryption security layers under the FTC, safeguards compliance and control over client's data.

Data Sharing Practices: 

CEP does not share personal information with third parties of any kind at any point while, during nor after servicing our clients. With exception to court clerk's, judges, or attorneys within the scope of mortgage surplus recovery case by case. This information will only be provided to the aforementioned entities, with verbal or written consent from our clients. Understand that some information may need to be disclosed for our business operations. 

CEP, SMS Text messaging outreach is strictly to communicate with clients regarding their unclaimed mortgage surplus funds and, times and dates of scheduled hearings. The customer consent data (Phone number) will not be shared with third-party entities. 

User Rights: Our clients and users at any time may request CEP personnel to access, correct, or delete their information.
